The seller processes personal data of the buyer, interested party and other persons (collectively "buyer") in accordance with applicable law, ie Act No. 101/2001 Coll., on the protection of personal data and in accordance with the provisions No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). The seller is the administrator of personal data. The seller may entrust the processing of personal data to a third party as a processor.

The seller will transfer personal data to third parties only to the extent necessary for the purpose of their processing, ie carriers, payment system operators or other subcontractors. The processor must comply with the protection of personal data at least to the same extent as the controller. Personal data will not be processed outside the territory of the European Union.

Personal data processed, reason and purpose of processing

The seller processes the following personal data of the buyer (applicant): name and surname, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address and telephone number.

The seller further processes health data to the extent necessary for the individual manufacture of optical correction equipment, ie glasses. We process your personal data primarily for the purpose of offering, ensuring the production and delivery of our products. We need the data to record and process your orders and to enforce our claims arising from concluded purchase contracts.

We also use your personal data to send you business and marketing messages, informing you about our promotions, news and discounts.

When we do not need your consent to process personal data:

In the first place, these are situations related to the implementation of the order and thus the performance of the contract. In such a case, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 (1) (a). b) of the GDPR regulation - processing is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the concluded purchase contract, because we need your personal data for the registration of the order and delivery of goods. Subsequently, we use your personal data to fulfill our legal obligations in keeping accounting and tax records (in the field of taxes and accounting), in this case, the legal basis is the processing of Article 6 (1) (a). (c) the GDPR Regulation, when the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation.

When we need your consent:

With your consent, we then send you business messages and newsletters to inform you about our news, events and special offers. Retention and processing time of personal data.

The seller processes personal data according to the method of obtaining them, either in electronic or paper form. The seller declares that he has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect and secure personal data so as not to endanger, leak or damage them. The data obtained for the performance of the contract will be kept by the seller for the time necessary to fulfill the contract, assert claims under the contract (maximum 10 years) and legal obligations related to the contract and its fulfillment, such as accounting, tax and other obligations, for the period provided for in the relevant legislation.

Data relating to the state of health, including vouchers for the manufacture of spectacles by a doctor and data on eye examinations at the seller are kept in a manner and for a period determined by Act No. 268/2014 Coll., on medical devices and according to Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services. Data obtained for the purpose of sending information emails based on the buyer's consent will be stored by the seller until the withdrawal of the buyer's consent. Cookies used by third parties (such as Google and Facebook) use cookies that store the seller's website on the buyer's device and allow the use of records of visits to the seller's website to measure and target advertising. Buyer's rights

The buyer has the following rights in particular with regard to personal data: -the right of access to his personal data, including the right to request confirmation from the seller whether he manages personal data and, if so, what the purpose for which they are transmitted, the length of data retention.

- the right to correct or supplement any inaccuracies - for example change of residence

- the right to erasure (be forgotten) under Article 17 of the GDPR, if (no longer) a reason is given for their processing;

- the right to object (eg incorrect or illegal data retention);

- the right to data portability according to Article 20 of the GDPR - ie. in some cases, the right to obtain one's personal data from the seller in order to pass it on to another administrator;
- the right to object to the sending of commercial communications

- the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he has read the protection of personal data and understood its content, especially the scope of personal data processed, the purpose and reason for such processing, he is aware of his rights arising from personal data protection and agrees to the protection of personal data.
